Indoor Vehicle Storage

 

Do you have just too many cars for your garage space? Do you have a vehicle that never gets driven and you worry that it might get dinged or scratched at home? Do you really want to buy a car that you saw, but don't have any place to keep it? Or are you already paying some outrageously high price to store it now? If you answered yes to any of these questions,  then our indoor storage services are for you!

With over 2,500 square feet of storage space being prepared, we will soon be able to accommodate most vehicles.  The area is monitored by both Nations Guardian  Security and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Dept.  All vehicles will have battery tenders installed and will be continuously plugged in to ensure the integrity and longevity of the battery and your vehicles electrical systems.

Vehicles can be washed before going into storage and upon removal from storage, and servicing, oil changes, etc. can also be arranged.  The use of car covers is highly recommended, and battery maintainers will be a requirement.  Storage costs begin at $100.00 per month with a  2 month minimum.  Billing cycles are for a 30 day period and vehicle owners will not be credited any storage fees should vehicle (s) be removed from storage before the beginning of each new billing period.


Storage:

- starting at $100 per month, due on the first of each month. Initial month will be prorated.

- 2 month minimum paid in advance
- Indoor Storage monitored by Secure One and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department
- Convertibles will be stored with tops up
- Car covers HIGHLY recommended to protect your pride and joy
- Enclosed trailer pick-up and delivery is available (inquire for a pricing)

Requirements:

- Battery Maintainers
- Credit card info, copy of valid drivers license and proof of fire and theft insurance information must

   be provided
- 2 days advanced notice for vehicle pick-up

Services Available:
- Oil Changes/service, fuel fill-up: $65.00 + service and/or fuel fill-up cost
- Cars washed upon arrival and departure: $60.00 each wash
- Full Detailing: $125.00
