We are please that you are considering using our selling services. The following will explain how our program will work for you.

When you bring your vehicle to Exclusive Motors, we will appraise your car and provide advice regarding the current market conditions and other factors to help you decide on the best “asking” price. Remember, is it our objective to maximize the selling price – it is both your best interest and ours.

Exclusive Motors, Inc. is licensed and bonded in North Carolina. We maintain a complete file on each vehicle to allow us to present them completely and honestly to a prospective buyer. In order to conduct the transaction when a prospective buyer is ready to buy, we require the following at the time the vehicle is placed in our possession:

            1)  The vehicle’s Title

            2)  Your vehicle Registration

            3)  Proof of Insurance (you must maintain insurance on the vehicle while it is left in our possession)

            4)  Any and all documentation for service, maintenance, etc. that may help in the sale of your vehicle.

Once the buyer has agreed on a selling price that meets your requirements, we will proceed with closing the sale. Unless the buyer is paying cash, it normally will take a couple of days to arrange financing and insurance. Once we have payment in full from the buyer, we will call you to come in, sign the title and receive your check.

We will handle all the paperwork for you and the buyer; transfer title, collect taxes and fees, and issue plates.
