Terms and Conditions of EBay Auction Sale
IF YOU CAN NOT FOLLOW
ALL OF OUR AUCTION TERMS IN DETAIL, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
REMEMBER!!! Only bid if you are certain you want the car and already have the
means to complete the transaction. We accept cashiers check/money order and bank
wire ONLY. All the cars we sell are pre owned cars and sold AS-IS. All Sales are
final, no exceptions.
· Payment of 20% of the winning bid amount must be made within 3 business days or less. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. High bidder will email or fax us name, address, phone/Fax # and we will FAX an official bill of sale and payment information. We will help arrange shipping or we can pick up the high bidder from any local airport.
· Auction Vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition. Some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased at an additional cost. Please ask for details.
· All Inspection and Questions must be Completed within due time of an auction ending. A Pre-Purchase inspection (if desired) can be made after the high bidder wins the eBay auction, but before the 3 day payment is required. We can recommend local places and provide you with options for your inspection if desired. We will also bring the car to the local (Charlotte Area) inspection location free of charge. HOWEVER, All appointments and inspection fees must be made and paid for by the high bidder prior to us delivering the car to the inspecting location.
· All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding.
· In-state buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-State buyers must register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
· Payment must be made by certified check or funds transfer.
· Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
· Seller reserves the right to end the auction early. Our cars are being offered for sale outside of the eBay auction system at the Buy-it-Now price. If you are interested in securing the purchase quickly, choose the Buy-it-Now option.
· Remember that your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle.
· Bidders with nothing but negative feedback or bid retractions need not bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected. If you have ANY negative feedback, you must email us at sales@exclusive-motors.com . We will try to work with you the best that we can, but we reserve the right to change payment terms for bidders with negative feedback if we deem necessary.
· Bidders with zero (0) feedback must provide name, address, phone number and email address to sales@exclusive-motors.com to verify they are prepared to complete eBay vehicle auction.
We work very hard to
present the cleanest, and most presentable pre-owned vehicles sold anywhere. All
vehicles sold through Exclusive Motors, unless otherwise stated, will be 100%
completely inspected and serviced prior to delivery to the purchaser. Meaning,
to the best of our knowledge, you will not have any service issues to deal with
in the short term. All documentation that is available for services completed
will be provided. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that
it is not brand new, but that it has been driven a certain number of miles.
Please be reasonable in your expectations. We provide nothing but high quality,
exceptional vehicles to our customers. We want to sell you one of our quality
vehicles with a clear understanding of what to expect for what you are paying
for. We do not sell brand new vehicles, but indisputably we sell some of the
very finest pre-owned vehicles anywhere!
